From intake to your door — here's exactly how it works
No offices. No waiting rooms. Just a straightforward online process, from start to finish.
Your path to care, step by step
Step1
Tell us about yourself
Start with a short health intake — about 5 minutes. You'll answer questions about your medical history, current symptoms, and what you're hoping to address. Your responses are reviewed only by a licensed provider, not an algorithm.
Step2
A provider reviews your case
A licensed U.S. provider reads your intake and evaluates your situation. If your case is straightforward, you'll typically hear back within 24 hours. If they need more information, they'll reach out through your secure Remo portal.
Step3
Your treatment plan is created
If treatment is appropriate, your provider writes a personalized plan — the right product, the right dosage, with clear instructions. No generic protocols.
Step4
Your prescription is filled
Your prescription goes to our licensed dispensing pharmacy, where it's reviewed and filled before shipping. Every order is checked before it leaves the building.
Step5
Delivered, discreetly
Your order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. Most patients receive their medication within 3–5 business days. Track your shipment through your Remo portal.
Step6
Ongoing care, not a one-time transaction
Your Remo patient portal stays open between orders. Message your provider with questions, request adjustments, or request a refill — all without scheduling another appointment.
Manage your care online, from anywhere
Your Remo patient portal is where your care lives between deliveries. Message your provider, track your shipment, review your treatment plan, and manage refills — all in one secure place, on any device.
