General
What is Solavera Health?
Solavera Health is a telehealth platform offering physician-supervised compounded tirzepatide for weight management. We connect patients with licensed providers who evaluate eligibility and, if appropriate, prescribe compounded tirzepatide shipped from a licensed U.S. pharmacy.
Is compounded tirzepatide FDA-approved?
No. Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved. It is prepared by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy and prescribed at the discretion of a licensed provider. It is not the same as Mounjaro® or Zepbound®, which are FDA-approved branded medications.
Who is this program for?
Adults seeking physician-supervised medical weight management who may not have access to or cannot afford branded GLP-1 medications. A licensed provider reviews all intakes and determines eligibility. Not everyone will qualify.
Pricing
What does $349/month include?
Physician intake review, your prescription (if eligible), compounded tirzepatide from a licensed U.S. pharmacy, and shipping. There is no separate membership fee, access fee, or charge when your dose is adjusted.
Does the price go up when my dose increases?
No. Your monthly price is locked at $349 regardless of dose.
Is there a quarterly option?
Yes. You can save by paying quarterly. Tirzepatide: $849/quarter. Semaglutide: $639/quarter. GHK-Cu: $207/quarter.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Solavera is a cash-pay telehealth service. No insurance required, no claims to file.
Treatment
How does the intake process work?
You complete a short health questionnaire online. A licensed provider reviews your intake and determines whether compounded tirzepatide is appropriate for you. If eligible, you receive a prescription and your medication ships within 48 hours.
What is the starting dose?
Your starting dose is determined by your provider based on your health history. Doses are typically titrated over time. Your physician manages adjustments as part of your subscription.
Are there side effects?
Common side effects of GLP-1 medications include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and decreased appetite. More serious side effects are possible. Your provider will review your medical history to assess risks. See Important Safety Information.
What if I’m currently on a GLP-1 medication?
Include your current medication in your intake form. Your provider will review your history and may be able to continue your current treatment or transition you to a Solavera-prescribed plan.
Shipping
How long until I receive my first order?
If prescribed, your medication typically ships within 48 hours from a licensed U.S. pharmacy. Delivery time depends on your location.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is included in your $349/month subscription.
Account
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
